My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were small and located next to a noisy back door, which was bothersome. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, especially towards our dog. The location was convenient for exploring Lubbock, but the hotel itself seemed to be in bad shape. The dining experience was a bit hit or miss, with some great food but also some questionable choices.

I found this hotel to be a mixed experience. The service was friendly and they made an effort to remember my pet's name, which was a nice touch. My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a strong cigarette smoke smell and were small, located right by a noisy back door. However, the bed was comfortable, and the black-out curtains were useful despite needing a paint job. The service I received was a bit erratic; on one hand, I was asked early if I had checked out, and my room wasn't properly cleaned, yet the staff did help when my dog got loose. The location was convenient, but the sauna-like temperature and pool water were not ideal. The dining was satisfactory, with some dishes being very good, while others were lacking variety. Overall, it was an average stay with room for improvement.
